We provide relaxed parking right in front of the terminal Steinwerder! Passengers, meeters & greeters and visitors will find 1,500 long-term and short-term flood secure parking spaces, as well as pick-up and drop-off areas. Passengers will find a car park just opposite the cruise terminal where they can park their vehicle for the duration of their cruise. You will benefit from extremely short distances to the ship without the necessary requirement of a crowded shuttle-bus-transfer. If you pre-book your car parking space online you will enjoy discounts and have a guaranteed parking space for the duration of your cruise.
If the booking deadline for the parking space has expired (the booking must be made at least 24 hours in advance via the booking page) or if there are no more free spaces available at Cruise Center Steinwerder, you have the option of booking valet parking through our cooperation partner. Our cooperation partner will pick up your car at the agreed location and park it for you in a secure parking lot for the duration of your cruise. ATTENTION: the park service providers Parkreview (www.parkvalethamburg.de) and `Stop & Cruise – Cruise-Parken Hamburg´ (https://hafenparking.com) are NOT listed partners of Cruise Gate Hamburg. Vehicles booked through these providers and remaining in the parking area at Cruise Center Steinwerder will be towed away at the cost of the car owner. Resulting parking fees will have to be paid to Cruise Gate Hamburg.
If you arrive at the terminal without pre-booking a car parking space online you can easily get a ticket by requesting it at the ticket machine directly. The ticket machine accepts cash, EC or credit card. 10-minute free parking is available!

If you would like to park yourself in a nearby public car park, we recommend Hamburg Holzhafen - APCOA Parking.
