Whenever you begin a reservation all data will be transmitted via a SSL secured data connection. As a confirmation of security you can find the HTTPS logo on each website. The payment of your reservation will be transmitted via ParkPay which is PCI certified. If you arrive at the terminal with a car and trailer or a camper please contact our partner Parken und Meer.

They will receive your order and take care of your car.

Cancellations and rebookings are possible in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of APCOA PARKING Deutschland GmbH up to 48 hours before he beginning of the parking period.

Under "My account", select the booking in question by clicking on the booking number. Select "Cancel booking" or "Rebooking". After a successful cancellation the amount will be refunded. A cancellation via phone or email is not possible.

Disabled guests will find dedicated parking spaces directly in front of the terminal in the drop-off zone or on the large parking lot A. You just need to book a parking space online and when arriving at the facility park your car at the dedicated places.

No special parking space is reserved when you book a parking space. Unless there is extra signage, you may use any pitch in the booked car park. Please follow any instructions from the parking attendants regarding the placement of your vehicle, if necessary.

Since May 2022, there are public charging points for charging your electric car in the parking lot at Cruise Center Steinwerder. Please access the parking space through the "Vorfahrtzone", in order to be able to use the charging option. The locations of the two charging points are indicated. A total of 4 connections are available, each connection can charge with up to 22kW.

Payment options: All charging cards, mobile phone / credit card (there is a QR code attached to each charging point. When scanned, a web page opens where you enter your credit card information.

Billing takes place via the credit card once the charging process is completed ).

Reservations can only be made via our website www.cruisegate-hamburg.de/parken and the booking platform. Any reservations by e-mail or telephone cannot be processed.

The last possibility to book online is 24 hours in advance of the beginning of your reservation.

Reservations are valid up to 24 hours after the specified arrival time. Afterwards your reservation will expire. The amount will NOT be refunded. Therefore we recommend to cancel the reservation in advance. A cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before the specified arrival time.

Once you have entered your desired parking period, all available parking products for an online parking reservation will be displayed. If your desired parking product is not displayed, you can no longer book it for this period. We then recommend that you select another parking product for your upcoming trip.

There may be various reasons why a parking product cannot be booked:

- The contingent for the parking product is already fully booked for your selected parking period.

- The minimum parking period for your selected parking product has not been met.

If you have not received a booking confirmation, please check your spam folder first.



If you no longer have the confirmation, please contact our customer service at service@apcoa.de with your name, the booking period, your e-mail address and - if available - your booking number. You will receive a new booking confirmation by e-mail.

In the "My account" area you have the option of resending a booking confirmation using your e-mail address and booking number or your login (with registration).

Under "My account", select the relevant booking by clicking on the booking number. Select "Resend receipt".

Registered customers have the option to change the indicator in their account under the desired booking. Unregistered customers can do this by entering their e-mail address and booking number.

Under "My account", select the relevant booking and then click on "Change indicator". Enter the new licence plate number and confirm with "OK".

Yes, immediately after your booking you will receive a booking confirmation including all relevant information and a journey description. We recommend to keep these documents with you all the time.

You can pay by EC/credit card or via Paypal. The parking and reservation fee will be charged to your EC/credit card/Paypal immediately after your booking. A bank transfer or any payment at the Ticket machine is not necessary.

The parking fees are dependant on the chosen product and length of stay. During the booking process all relevant products for your stay will be displayed including the parking fees. 

The ticket machine accepts cash, debit card (EC) or credit card.

Automatic number plate recognition is the most modern and easiest way to park. It is not necessary to pull an additional ticket. Please proceed directly to the entrance with your car. By automatically scanning the licence plate number provided when booking your parking space online, you can easily drive in and out of the car park at the barriers. We only keep the data of your number plate for as long as it is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

Please make sure that your licence plate is free of dirt (especially in winter times).

Entry is generally also possible without a reservation (as a short-term parker). If you have booked in advance and are shown the message "please pay extra" at the exit, please press the help call button and quote your booking number. If you leave within the booked period, the barrier will be opened for you. If you have exceeded the booked parking time, please pay at the ticket machine before leaving.

No. If you have booked a parking ticket online and entered the number of your number plate during the booking process, it is not necessary to go to the pay machine before leaving the car park. Please proceed directly to the exit. Your number plate will be automatically recognised and the barrier will open.

 

No, your reservation only allows you to enter and exit the premises once.

If the booked parking time is exceeded, an additional payment must be made at the pay station. To do this, enter the number of your license plate at the pay station. The parking fee to be paid will be calculated on the basis of the publicly displayed parking tariffs valid at the time of entry and the actual time spent in the car park. After paying, you can leave the car park.
