We provide relaxed parking right in front of the terminal! Passengers, meeters & greeters and visitors will find 1,500 long-term and short-term parking spaces as well as pick-up and drop-off areas.

Passengers will find a car park just opposite the cruise terminal where they can park their vehicle for the duration of their cruise. You will benefit from extremely short ways to the ship and there is no need to wait for a crowded shuttle bus transferring you to a distant parking space. If you pre-book your car parking space online you will enjoy discounts and have a guaranteed parking space for the duration of your cruise.

If you arrive at the terminal without pre-booking a car parking space online you can easily get a ticket by requesting it at the ticket machine directly. The ticket machine accepts cash, EC or credit card. 20-minute free parking is available.

Are my personal data safe?

Whenever you begin a reservation all data will be transmitted via a SSL secured data connection. As a confirmation of security you can find the HTTPS logo on each website. The payment of your reservation will be transmitted via ParkPay which is PCI certified. Can I park with an oversized car?

If you arrive at the terminal with a car and trailer or a camper please contact one of our partner RuS Parking Hamburg, Kühne und Nagel or Parken und Meer.

They will receive your order and take care of your car.

Is it possible to cancel a reservation?

Yes, the reservation can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the beginning of the parking period. After a successful cancellation the amount will be refunded (less the booking fee).

Cancellations can only be processed through our website. Please log in with your email address and password. You will find the slide "booking overview" with all your bookings. Please choose the booking and select "edit booking" and after that "cancel booking". A cancellation via phone or email is not possible.

Where can disabled persons park their car?

Disabled guests will find dedicated parking spaces directly in front of the terminal in the drop-off zone or on the large parking lot A. You just need to book a parking space online and when arriving at the facility park your car at the dedicated places.

Will I receive a specific parking space?

No, we guarantee that you will find a free parking space. You can choose any free parking space.

Booking & Reservation

How can I book a parking space?

Reservations are only possible online! Any reservations by Email, facsimile or phone cannot be processed.

How long in advance do I have to book my parking space?

The last possibility to book online is 24 hours in advance of the beginning of your reservation.

I would like to book two reservations for the same period of time.

For sure this is possible - for example when booking a second parking space for family and friends travelling with you. But you need to start a new booking.

What happens if I do not make use of my reservation?

Reservations are valid up to 24 hours after the specified arrival time. Afterwards your reservation will expire. The amount will be refunded less the booking fee and a cancellation fee. Therefore we recommend to cancel the reservation in advance. A cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before the specified arrival time.

Charges and fees

Do I get any confirmation regarding my booking?

Yes, immediately after your booking you will receive a booking confirmation including all relevant information and a journey description. We recommend to keep these documents with you all the time.

How can I pay?

You can pay by debit card or credit card. The parking and reservation fee will be charged to your debit card or credit card immediately after your booking. A bank transfer or any payment at the pay machine is not necessary.

I did not receive any booking confirmation!

Your booking confirmation will be generated automatically after the booking process and you will receive a PDF. It may have different reasons if you do not receive a booking confirmation so please check:

  • When registering the first time did you use the correct email address?
  • May the confirmation have been transferred to your spam folder accidentally?

You can find all confirmations and vouchers online. Please log in with your customer information (do not create a new account) and click the slide "booking overview".

If you cannot find any confirmation there your transaction failed. The reason might be:

  • During the booking procedure you did not confirm the terms and conditions.
  • The booking procedure was not finished by pressing the button "booking completed/purchase" on the last page.
What does the parking cost?

The parking fees are dependant on the chosen product and length of stay. During the booking process all relevant products for your stay will be displayed including the parking fees. An additional reservation fee may apply.

Gateway & Exit

Do I need to go to the pay machine before leaving?

No. You do not need to go to the pay machine if you have booked online. Just drive straight to the exit with your car and use the QR-Code received via the booing process.

How do I approach the entrance? Do I need to pull a ticket?

Please proceed directly to the entrance with your car. Attention: Do not pull a ticket here - just use the QR code on your reservation/confirmation. Hold this QR code right in front of the optical reader at the entrance.

Is it possible to enter and exit the premises multiple times?

No, your reservation only allows you to enter and exit the premises once.

What can I do when I have a problem at the entrance?

If you have any problems at the entrance please push the information button. You will be connected with the control room. The staff members are available 24 hours a day. Please be a bit patient as somebody will get in touch with you via the intercom.

What do I do if the parking space is occupied on arrival?

Whenever you book a parking space online this booking will be guaranteed and it is also guaranteed that you will have a parking space.

What do I do when having a problem at the exit?

If you have any problems at the exit please push the information button. You will be connected with the control room. The staff members are available 24 hours a day. Please be a bit patient as somebody will get in touch with you via the intercom.

What happens if I pull a ticket at the entrance mistakenly?

If you pull a ticket at the entrance this ticket needs to be paid separately. Hint: Please leave the premises again within 20 minutes (no additional costs). Now you can enter again and use your original booking confirmation with QR Code.
