Bus Registration / deliveries for Cruise Center HafenCity

All buses arriving at the Cruise Center HafenCity must be registered in advance through the Westfield Hamburg Überseequartier booking system.
Important: Access to the Cruise Centre HafenCity is not permitted without prior registration and booking. Please register all coach journeys and deliveries in good time via the Westfield Contractor Portal, as described below.

Registration and Booking

1. Register your company via the Contractor Portal: https://westfieldhamburg.ctracker.co.uk/

2. Create your company profile as a contractor.

3. After registration, your account must be approved by the Westfield Hamburg Überseequartier management.

4. Bookings can only be made once the account has been activated.

Important Notice

Cruise-related bus operations may only be booked in Zone D.

Please ensure that all cruise buses are registered for Zone D. Buses must not be registered as shopping centre delivery vehicles.

Who Can Register?

Registrations may be completed by:

• Bus operators
• Ship agents
• Tour operators
• Group travel organisers
• Other companies arranging bus transportation

Each company can register independently and manage its own bookings.

Changes to Existing Bookings

The following information can be updated up to 15 minutes before arrival:

• Vehicle registration number
• Driver details

Arrival and Departure Time Window

The following time tolerance applies:

• Arrival is permitted up to 15 minutes before the booked time.
• Departure is permitted up to 15 minutes after the booked time.

Arriving Without a Booking

Buses arriving without a valid booking will be stopped by Westfield Hamburg Überseequartier marshals and instructed on the registration procedure.

Repeated non-compliance may result in access restrictions or a ban for individual vehicles or companies.

To avoid delays, please ensure that every bus is registered before arrival.

Quick Booking Guide

Once your account has been approved:

1. Select"Book Delivery".
2. Choose Zone D as the destination.
3. Enter vehicle details.
4. Select date and time.
5. Provide driver and contact information.
6. Accept the Zone Rules.
7. Complete the booking and keep the booking confirmation including the reference number.
