Starting in 2025, the Cruise Center HafenCity will once again provide an attractive berth for cruise ships at Chicagokai, right in the heart of Hamburg and a stone's throw away from the historic Speicherstadt warehouse district, which has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2015.

The terminal is part of the Überseequartier development and is integrated into an ensemble of buildings with hotel and retail space as well as an underground bus station, car parking, and taxi access.
