"Hamburg Cruise Week" will kick off with the Cruise Lines International Association's (CLIA) "Ports & Destination Dialogue" event from 8 to 9 September 2025.
The CLIA Ports & Destination Dialogue brings together more than 200 delegates from over 20 countries, representing cruise lines, port authorities, cruise destinations, shore excursion operators and port agents. Following last years´ "Ports and Destination Dialogues", CLIA´s aim with this event is to create a meaningful dialogue on the role and collaboration of cruise lines, ports and destinations in a sustainable growth of the global cruise industry. The event will include roundtable discussions, presentations and concurrent sessions as well as the always popular one to one meetings.

Seatrade Europe Cruise & River Convention is the internationally leading bi-annual event serving the European cruise and river cruise community, held at the Convention Center in Hamburg. The event attracts over 300 cruise line executives from more than 40 countries, alongside 3,500 attendees and over 250 exhibiting companies representing all facets of the ocean and river cruise industries, as well as international destinations and ports. This assembly serves as a platform to showcase the latest innovations and products on the market, and to engage in discussions on the pressing issues facing the European cruise and river cruise market.
For the first time, the convention will welcome end consumers. A special Destination Discovery Friday will accommodate up to 500 end customers, and travel agencies are invited to participate on both Thursday and Friday.
