According to the (EIU) Global Liveability Ranking, which scores 140 cities on five lifestyle categories, Hamburg is among the top 10 most liveable cities in the world. Cities were ranked on categories including stability, healthcare, culture and environment, education and infrastructure.
The Green City on the Water is one of the most beautiful cities in Germany recognized not only by its proud inhabitants but also by the many delighted tourists brought to Hamburg by the cruise lines.
Hamburg today has still a lot from Hamburg yesterday: departure and arrival, fresh start and farewell, hope and fear…attributes of the port that have spread to many other areas of the hanseatic life.
